Booking Conditions

|
- A deposit of £50 per cottage
per week is required to confirm a booking. The balance
is payable on arrival.
- Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday,
however, variations may occur. The properties are available
from 3.00 p.m. on day of arrival and must be vacated
by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Guests are responsible for the property, including
all fixtures, fittings and equipment during the period
of hire, for the clean condition of all utensils at the
end of the hire, and for taking all reasonable care of
the property and its equipment.
